How does delivery work?
In an attempt to get your orders to you as fast as possible, we are offering FREE express shipping for all existing and new orders for a limited time! All items will be dispatched within 36 hours. Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee delivery by Christmas for new orders. Please refer to the Australia Post website for more information on express shipping guidelines and guarantees here Guarantees
They use Australia Post for most of our deliveries, and deliver to Australia and New Zealand. You can expect your parcel within 2-14 business days from when it leaves our warehouse. For New Zealand we offer express shipping which is calculated at checkout.
When they ship the order you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Austraila Post will also send you a follow up email that says your delivery from Calming Blanket and the Oodie is on its way. Please don’t stress if there are no scan events within the first 24 hours – the system can take a day or so to catch up.
If the item has a specified “sent” date beside it in brackets this means the item is a pre-sale purchase and you will receive that item in 2 – 14 business days from this “sent” date. Please note that while we send your order out as a whole, 4 Oodies is the maximum amount that we can pack together and Aus Post cannot guarantee packages will stay together during transit.
If your order does not arrive within 30 business days, please contact us so that we can follow it up with Australia Post. We guarantee your parcel’s delivery by requiring a signature on arrival. Australia Post may contact you offering safe drop – if you accept this we do not take responsibility for the package.

What Is The Size Of An Oodie?
What is the size of The Oodie? The Oodie is modelled similar to a 6XL Hoodie with a few unique differences. It fits pregnant women, 10 year olds and basketball players. Please note, if you are taller than 6′ we suggest pairing The Oodie with trackies!
Why Is My Oodie Not Fluffy?
The brand explains, “If you really want to best preserve the cuddliness and softness of the Oodie for as long as possible, we recommend hand washing it in cold water.” But, if you’re not one to follow the rules, you can also machine wash, ensuring “a gentle cycle is selected.”
