Visit your local store to get your exchange or return completed immediately! Their return policy has been extended to allow you to exchange or return items up to 30 days after your local store reopens.

Payments & Delivery
Your order may be transported from various locations, and each shipment will be billed to your account separately and only for the cost of that shipment.
When you place an order, they will contact your bank for authorization to complete the transaction. When you offer such authorisation, your bank will place a temporary hold on those funds in the form of a “authorization hold” or “pending transaction.” Your bank places these holds, which are subject to their policies.
They will process the actual charge to your account, commonly known as a “settlement” or “funds capture,” once your product has been sent. There will be a separate charge for each package if your order is shipped in several parcels. The total amount of all charges will not exceed the initial transaction amount.
It’s possible that both the authorization hold and the actual charges will appear at the same time, depending on how your bank processes and displays these transactions. You should allow 3-5 business days for your bank to execute the transaction.
What Payment Types Does Zumiez Accept?
Zumiez takes Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, and PayPal as well as other major credit cards. You can also make a reservation for your purchase online and pay in person at your local store.
How Is A Refund Processed On Zumiez?
A refund is handled differently than a charge to your account, and it may take up to 3-5 days for your bank to post it after our team has processed it.
How refunds can be received:
Refunds are processed to the original form of payment, except in the following circumstances:
- ATM and Debit card purchases may receive cash refunds in-store only.
- Credit Card refunds may only be credited to the original credit card. If the original credit card is not an option, a gift card will be provided
- PayPal purchases returned in-store can only be refunded by gift card, for a refund to your PayPal account please mail your order to the Returns Center.
- In-store purchases mailed to the returns center can only be refunded by gift card, if you would like credit in the original form of payment you must bring your return to a Zumiez store.
- Gift card refunds greater than $10 can only be refunded by gift card.

How do I track my order?
To track your order or check order status, visit our Order Tracking page and enter your order number.
For each shipment that goes out we send an email with the shipment details and tracking information.
Why is there no tracking information for my order?
Order tracking information may not be available to view immediately after you receive your shipping confirmation.
If you do not see tracking information after a full business day has passed, please contact Customer Care.
Can I make changes to or cancel my order?
The fast answer is no, not really. Our shipping teams are so fast that they often have orders shipped in literal minutes. If you need to make a change to your order (address, size, item, etc) or want to cancel it, please let us know immediately and we will do our best to catch it before it goes out, but we can never guarantee the ability to make a change.
